1. How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within 2-5 days of your order, and then take up to 15-25 days to reach your doorstep. However, due to the current state of emergency, it can take up to 40 days for products to arrive to certain countries.
2. In which cases I can return my product?
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if wrong product was received. We provide very elaborate pictures and videos on our website.

3. What if I change my mind about the order after placing an order?
If you decide to cancel the order before it was delivered to you, we won't be able to do it because it's already in transit and shipment was covered and there's no way back. However, if you decide to cancel the order before it was shipped (which is between 1-4 days after placing an order), we will return part of your money for the handling fee and shipment.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color or defective -- then simply notify us, and we’ll send you the right one.
